Quality of life is the prime concern of each and every individual in today’s scenario.
Good health helps us achieve a high quality of life.
Fitness makes us want to live it everyday. It is an obvious fact that while we are interested in staying healthy and fit, we also find less time to devote to it.

Here are some fun fitness tips that we would like to offer you. You don’t need to devote special time to follow these tips. Simply read on and make a conscious affort …

      • Move More :
Make it a daily habit to find ways to move your body. Climb stairs rather than using a lift or escalator. Anything that moves your limbs is not only a fitness tool but essentially also a stress buster.
It doesn’t necessarily have to be an hour in the gym or a 45 minute aerobic work out. That works great if you live upto it.

      • Cut Fat :
Avoid the obvious fried foods such as burgers, french fries, pizzas etc.
Even try eating smaller portions of dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream in low fat portions.

      • Reduce Stress :
Easier said than done, stress busters come in many forms.
The best way to ease your stress everyday is to try and do something you like or desire. You need to spend atleast half an hour for yourself.

      • Avoid drinking and smoking :
Recommended by all, followed by none. If you are an excessive smoker or you drink frequently, try cutting down in a step wise manner rather than curbing it all of a sudden which may eventually lead to you getting back into the habit again. Make a conscious decision to quit smoking and reducing the frequency of drinks that you normally consume.

      • Relook your dietary habits :

Assess your dietary patterns. What is your daily intake of proteins, carbohydrates, fats? But this does not end here, you also need to consider the amount of water that you normally take in a day.
Any normal individual should take atleast 8 liters of water in a day for better bowels as well as remove any toxins from the body.
Increase your intake of proteins depending on your body weight.
Replace your negative calorie food with 3-5 Threptin diskettes or a glass of Threptin Micromix powder in milk or water at a time.
This would ensure a balance in your diet along with the other meals that you normally consume.
